SoSecure offers a range of features to ensure your safety in various situations. Whether you need immediate emergency response or simply want someone looking out for you, SoSecure has you covered. With SoSecure, you can locate loved ones, discreetly contact ADT if you feel unsafe, or request regular check-ins. This app provides peace of mind in exploring new cities, going for a run, going on a first date, or simply going about your day.

SoSecure Basic (Free) includes:

• Location Sharing – Invite family and friends to join groups for easy check-ins and peace of mind knowing everyone is safe. You can save up to 3 'spots' such as home or school to receive arrival and departure alerts.
• 24x7 SOS Response from ADT – Even if you are unable to speak.
• SOS Chat – If you are unable to talk, you can quietly share important details if it is safe to do so.
• SoSecure Widget – Request help quickly from your locked screen.

Upgrade to SoSecure Plus or Premium for an added layer of protection!

SoSecure Plus ($4.99/mo. or $49.99/yr. + tax) includes all free features, plus:

• Location Sharing – Invite family and friends to join groups for easy check-ins and peace of mind knowing everyone is safe. You can save up to 50 'spots' such as home or school to receive arrival and departure alerts.
• TrackMe – Set a timer for any activity and allow ADT to track your location via GPS. If the timer expires and your safety is not confirmed, ADT will alert 911 and your designated Guardians. You can also connect with ADT 24x7 for virtual walks.
• Voice Activation – Use a secret phrase to request help discreetly if you do not want anyone around you to know. Alternatively, you can use the voice command “Hey Siri, start a SoSecure emergency.”
• SOS Video – Livestream with an ADT agent, allowing them to see you and your surroundings in order to send help.

SoSecure Premium ($9.99/mo. or $99.99/yr. + tax) includes all SoSecure Plus features, plus:

• Location Sharing – Invite family and friends to join groups for easy check-ins and peace of mind knowing everyone is safe. You can save up to 100 'spots' such as home, school, or work to receive arrival and departure alerts.
• Roadside Assistance – In addition to safety features, SoSecure Premium offers assistance for common roadside problems such as dead batteries, flat tires, running out of gas, or the need for a tow. Help will be sent to your location.
• Crash Detection – SoSecure Premium can detect a crash and will check on you immediately, sending help if needed.

Subscription Pricing & Terms

*SoSecure Plus Subscription: $4.99/mo. or $49.99/yr. + tax. Includes a 30-day free trial. The subscription will auto-renew after the free trial ends at the selected term and pricing. The first charge will occur 30 days after the trial starts. To turn off auto-renewal, go to your iTunes Account Settings. To avoid being billed, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the trial expires. There are no refunds for any unused portion of the current period. SOS response is available in all 50 U.S. states and D.C., excluding Milwaukee. To ensure the proper functioning of SoSecure, your phone must be powered on and fully functional. You must allow notifications from SoSecure in order to receive real-time emergency updates. Note that enabling features like Focus on iOS will silence alerts.

*Roadside services are provided by Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., not ADT. The services include towing, roadside assistance coverage (jump start, battery charge, flat tire assistance, up to 2 gallons of fuel delivery for free, lockout service, and winch-out within 10 feet of a paved road).

Severity Coverage: Towing events are covered up to 10 miles from the location of disablement. Roadside services are covered up to $100.

Frequency Coverage: For all services, up to 4 services per year are covered. The service must be initiated through the SoSecure app to be covered. This coverage is limited to passenger cars and light trucks; it does not cover trailers, large trucks, RVs, campers, or anything already being towed. Roadside Assistance is not an automobile insurance policy, and ADT is not an insurance carrier.

It may take up to 24 hours from purchase to enroll your vehicle in Roadside Assistance services through our third-party service provider, and the services will not be available during that time.
